Swollen veins in rectum and anus. That cause discomfort in letting out stools and cause bleeding. This is not a genetic disorder.

ANSWER:

Piles is haemorrhoid causing inflammation. This includes masses, clumps, and cushions of tissue in the anal canal. Piles may act as genetic disease, a haemorrhoid may occur if it found in family history.

EXPLANATION:

The haemorrhoid consist of blood vessels, support tissue, muscles and elastic fibres. It is found externally, outside the anus and internally inside the anus.

Piles infected person has to take more effort for passing the stool which leads to pulling of blood in the veins and subsequent 'engorgement' in the form of 'pile masses'.
