Planck's constant

it is a constant which tells about the energy carried by a charge particles (electrons, protons) having any frequency of electromagnetic radiation or waves

NOTE

this was given by physicist Max Planck.

SI UNITS

joule seconds (J⋅s) or (N⋅m⋅s) or (kg⋅m^2⋅s^−1).

EQUATION

E = hv

where E is energy

h is a Planck constant

and v is frequency

Value

6.626176 x 10^-34 joule-seconds.
