plasma membrane is a membrane which is found only in plants. This membrane allows only some particles to enter the plant cell so it is called selectively permiable membrane

The outermost covering of animal cell (plant cell has cell wall as outermost covering) which separates the contents of cell from its surroundings..... It allows the entry and exit of only some materials in and out of the cell and hence it is called selectively permeable membrane..

Hope it helps.;-)
