The liquid part of blood or the matrix of blood is known as plasma .It contains about 92% water and 8% inorganic and organic compounds.

Here are some proteins which are present in plasma:-

Fibrinogen:- It is the largest plasma protein present in blood and helps in blood coagulation.

Prothrombin:- This protein helps in blood clotting.

Albumin:- It is the smallest plasma protein which is about 4% and synthesized by liver .

Globulin:- This protein is produced by liver and lymphoid organs and is present 2% .The ratio of albumin to Globulin is 2:1.

Answer:

Blood plasma is a yellowish liquid component of blood that holds the blood cells of whole blood in suspension. It is the liquid part of the blood that carries cells and proteins throughout the body. It makes up about 55% of the body's total blood volume. It is the intravascular fluid part of extracellular fluid.

Blood proteins, also termed plasma proteins, are proteins present in blood plasma. ... Globulins make up 38% of blood proteins and transport ions, hormones, and lipids assisting in immune function. Fibrinogen comprises 7% of blood proteins; conversion of fibrinogen to insoluble fibrin is essential for blood clotting.
