Plasmodium is a protozoa that belongs to sporozoans . Plasmodium is also the causitive agent of malaria...but Plasmodium cant complete its lifecycle without the human blood and cant bite humans to take their blood either

so Plasmodium generally gets attached to female anopheles mosquitoes eggs and when female anopheles eggs matures...it bites or stinks us and drink our blood  so that it can later lay eggs.... but after drinking blood mosquitoes secrete an antigen to help the wound where they bite us clot

so with that anitgen they unknowingly secrete Plasmodium in our bloodflow which later affects our immune system.
