plasmolysis is the process in which the plant cell loses its water and during to this the plant cell shrinks

plasmolysis is a phenomena in which a plant cell undergoes exosmosis and the cell wall remain intact. in such a case cytoplasm of the cell shrinks but the structure of the plant cell is maintained due to the entire structure of the cell wall.
