Ploughing: It is a process done to improve the air circulation, water and moisture retentiveness of soil and a way to remove the unwanted weeds from the field. It ensures the stability in the soil profile and gives the farmer a way to put additional organic/chemical substance to sustain the soil fertility. The agricultural implements used in ploughing discussed below: 1. Plow:- It is an agricultural implement which used for ploughing and tilling the soil in fields. There are mainly two types of a plough which are the traditional wooden plough which is pulled by two bullocks throughout the length of the field, and the other modern one is the iron plough.

2. Hoe:- It is an agricultural implement used for removing weeds and loosening and turning the soil. It consists of a long rod either of wood or iron. Animal-like a bullock usually pulls the plough, the handle connected to a plate of metal which acts as a blade.

3. Cultivator:- It is a tractor driven agricultural implement which used for ploughing. It has multiple plough attached to a single frame driven by tractor to complete ploughing in short duration of time
