poisons are substance that cause harm to organisations when sufficient quantities are absorbed in held or ingested.

for example : dioxins, some pesticides and nerve gases are poisonous manufactured chemicals, whereas, belladona, botulinum and tetrodotoxin products are poisonous naturally produced chemicals.
