• In our country, the national leaders could realize this urgent necessity after independence, for which the process was launched by the political leaders in 1951.

• Economic planning is necessary to formulate and determine the requisite policies for the welfare of a nation. Above all, without proper development of human resources, it is very difficult to execute the planned policies. without skilled manpower, nothing can be achieved.
