Polar Covalent Compounds are those compounds in which the shared pair electron is attracted by the more electronegative element. It occurs between two dissimilar atoms.

Non-Polar Covalent Compounds are made between two similar atoms and thus the shared pair electron is at equal distance from both the atoms because of same electronegativities

Pollar nahi polar compound hoga
by the way
polar compound formed by compound composed of two different element such as Nacl ( there is difference in their electro negativity)
And non polar compound composed by approx same electronegative elements .
