Pollination is the process in which the transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma .To produce seeds and fruits, pollen grains from the anther (the male part) must reach the stigma (the female part). Pollen, usually, cannot reach the stigma on their own and depend on biotic and abiotic such as insects

for example (of insects)

  • honey bees
  • moths
  • butterflies
  • etc.
