Pollination is the process of transfer of pollen grains from the anther to stigma of same flower or another flower of same plant or the another flower of another plant of same species.

There are two types of pollination- Self pollination and Cross pollination

Self pollination - The transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma of same flower

Cross - pollination: - The transfer of pollen grains from the anther to stigma of another flower of same plant or the another flower of another plant of same species.
