the transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma is called pollination.
two types of pollination :
1) self pollination : the transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma in the same flower .
2) cross pollination: the transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma between two different flowers with the help of insect , wind etc.
