eg- SO2,NO2,NO3.

The group of atoms carrying a charge is called a polyatomic ion.

Some examples are:

NO3 - Nitrate

NH4 - Ammonium

CO3 - Carbonate

OH - Hydroxide

SO4 - Sulphate

SO3 - Sulphite

PO4 - Phosphate

HCO3 - Hydrogen Carbonate

And many more polyatomic ions :)
