Degree of polynomial :-

Here degree of polynomial is 4 .

Types of polynomials [ Based on degree ]

1) Constant polynomial :-

❤️If the degree of the polynomial is Zero .

Eg :- √3 , 6/12 , ...etc

2) Linear polynomial :-

❤️If the degree of the polynomial is one .

❤️The general form of linear polynomial is ax + b where a , b belongs to Real number and a ≠ 0 .

Eg :- 3x + 7

3) Quadratic polynomial :-

❤️If the degree of the polynomial is 2 .

❤️The general form of quadratic polynomial is ax² + bx + c

Eg :- 3x² + 2x + 9

4) Cubic polynomial :-

❤️ If the degree of the polynomial is 3 .

❤️The general form of cubic polynomial is ax³ + bx² + cx + d
