Primary transcript made by RNA polymerase normally undergo further alteration , called post transcriptional modification .
▪️ Prokaryotes mRNA transcribed directly from DNA template and used immediately in Protein synthesis .
▪️ Eukaryotes : primary transcript (hnRNA) must be the process to produce the mRNA (active from)
