Poverty means the inability of a person to afford the basic needs.
A person has basic needs such as food, clothing, educational and medical needs, etc. These needs are then calculated in rupees and the total become the minimum income required to fill these basic needs. A person is considered a poor if his/her income falls below the minimum income required to fulfill these basic needs.

poverty is like a punishment for the people of India because in India ministers are more corrupted they were all like a vires and that's reason our some people of India become poor and unemployed
