Power sharing is a form of Government used in Northern Ireland where all of the parties elected to Parliament/Assembly are entitled to a share of power/responsibility. The posts are handed out proportionally . Parties must be
also decided whether they belong to the Unionist,Nationalist or Independent "community", Any laws can be challenged in Parliament and must have a majority have a majority vote of each " community"
