The power of accommodation of the eye decreases as the weakness of ciliary muscles and lens uses it's flexibility with aging a person with presbyopia are not able to see near and distant objects clearly the correction of this defact is done by bifocal lenses in such lenses the lower part is convex and the upper part is concave lens
