Presbyopia is a natural part of the aging process. It is due to hardening of the lens of the eye causing the eye to focus light behind rather than on the retina when looking at close objects. It is a type of refractive error along with nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.

Here is your answer..

What is \bold{Presbyopia} ?

Presbyopia is the defect of vision. During this, people find it difficult to see the nearby objects clearly and comfortably without their spectacles, Because the near point of the lens shifts farther from the eye.Hence old people cannot see nearby objects clearly.

This defect can be corrected by using a convex type of lens of suitable focal length.

This is all about Presbyopia.
