The present perfect tenseis: formed by:-

Subject + has/have + past participle of verb. used to express actions of duration that occurred in the past (before now) of unspecified time. used to express actions that started in the past but continue to the present.

EX:-

•actions in the past of indefinite time
•She has passed the test.

Present Perfect Tense is used to describe that the event has surely completed.
Present perfect tense is talk about things That have just happened.

**Affirmative Sentence ➕➕
Subject +Helping Verb Has /Have +past participle (Verb 'S III form) +Object.
Example :He has gone to his house.

**Negative sentence➖➖
Subject +has /have +not +past participle.
Example :He has not gone to his house.

Interrogative Sentence❓
Has /have +Subject +past participle
Question word +has/have +subject + past participle.
Example :Has the Ruchi finished her work?
Why has milkman nor come yet?
