what is pressure? what does pressure depend on?

alex57: pressure is defined as the force acting per unit area of the body. Pressure mainly depends on force acting on the body and area on which force is acting.
Anshu2111: Thnx....
alex57: If it is pressure created by any fluid (liquid and gas) the pressure will depend on density of the fluid, depth at which the object is kept and accelaration due to gravity
Anshu2111: thnx.
