Pressure is Force/Area, here the force applied is the Thrust force.The unit of Pressure is Pa or Pascal....If the pressure applied to the air increases the air will compress....and if it is at a perfect temperature( perfect here means the minimum temperature required to make the gases in the air change into liquid form)the air will change to liquid  form or else nothing will happen to the Air
