When we press an object force is exerted on the surface of object. The force exerted on the unit area of the surface is known as pressure.

Pressure is defined as the force acting per unit area.

Pressure=Force/Area

The relation between pressure and area is that the more is the area, the less will be the pressure and the less is the area,the more will be the pressure.
