Probability is the measure of the likelihood that an event will occur. situation involving chance or probability that leads to results called outcomes.
for eg. we have thrown a dice...outcomes can be 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 but probability is not more than that as we know dice is having numbers till 6 .

these are the events ,we are talking about,is not certain to occur
eg:Suppose we are tossing a coin .we know that it will land in one of two possible ways-head or tail.etc
