Let the odd numbers be 1,3,5,7,9.....49

It forms an AP with 1 as its first term and 3 as its common difference 3.

What term of AP is 49

49= 1+ (n-1)3

49= 1+ 3n-3

49= 3n-2

3n=51

n=17

Hence, there are 17 odd numbers...

So P(E) getting odd no. = 17/50
