Procedural due process can be referred as the legal doctrine in United States which requires the government officials to maintain fair procedures before it deprives any person of liberty, life or property.

According to the process the Government must provide the person a prior notice and provides the opportunity to be heard.

The neutral judge must give the decision in that case.
