     Power sharing is good becoz it helps to reduce possiblity of conflicts between social groups.
    Since social conflicts often lead to violence and political instability, power sharing is agood way to ensure the stability of political order.
     Tyranny of the majority is not only oppressive for minority; it often brings ruins to majority as well.
