Heyaa folk,

Profuse branching is a term which refers to repeated branching of trees. Profused branching is observed in grasses which grow as a bush making it easy for the animal to graze. Profuse means abundant or lavish branching in trees and dwarfness means being small sized. There are some parasitic plants like Dwarf mistletoes (small plants having short stems) which cause infection in conifers. And the most common symptom of this infection is profuse branching, also known as witch's broom.

Hope it helps u :)
