Prokaryotic cells are incomplete cells which are not having nucleic region and one chromosome and mainly fungi are having prokaryotic cells
Eukaryotic cells are complete cells which are having nucleic and dense region and more than one chromosome and present in mammals

EUKARYOTIC CELL.

EUKARYOTIC cell have a more complicated internal structure including a well defined membrane limited nucleus.
