We are human beings not God to do Justice. What we have been doing in our courts for centuries is not justice but pseudo justice. Bcoz “Justice delayed is Justice denied”.

Coming to the question………

Justice is

Getting What one deserves

But who will decide what each and every person or animal or any other living being deserves? Here, the General will concept of Rousseau comes to the rescue.

If the General will or the Real will(the voice of our soul) becomes the driving force behind our actions, then our desires will be limited to just only what we deserve at that point of time.

Thats why Mill has defined Positive liberty as the ability to do what one desires.

BE SMART ^_^
