For DL to SL mapping, which occurs when the relay UE receives traffic from the eNB, it identifies whether the packet has to be relayed, by referring to the destination IP address of the packet. The relay UE then assigns a priority value called ProSe per packet priority (PPPP) to the received packet to be relayed.
