trypsinogen, chymotrypsinogen and procarbixy peptidases are inactive enzymes.trypsinogen is activated by the enzyme enterokinase secreted by the intestinal mucosa into active trypsin which in turn activated the trypsinogen into trypsin.proteins, proteases and peptides in the chyme reaching the intestine are acted upon by the proteolytic enzymes of the pancreatic juice and intestinal juice.this the end products of digestion of proteins namely amino acids are formed in the small intestine.
