Pseudocoelomate (pseudo means false),they have a cavity between the two tubes and mesoderm lines the inner aspect of the outer tube, the mesoderm doesnot lines the outer aspect of the inner tube.

A pseudocoelomate is an organism with body cavity that is not derived from the mesoderm, as in a true coelom, or body cavity. Organs of such organisms are bathed in the fluid-filled cavity.
