Puberty can be defined as the time period when a boy or girl acrocses her childhood to adulthood. During this time many changes can be followed in both boys and girls such as_

Changes in girl_

  • Increase in height.
  • Brodens of waist and chest.
  • Growing hair.
  • Growing of some organs.
  • Excess sweat.
  • Acne and body odour.
  • Change in mentality and behaviour also can be followed.

Changes in boys_

  • Increase of height.
  • Body becomes muscular.
  • Voice becomes hoarse.
  • Increase in weight.
  • Growing of some organs.
  • Growing of hair from several organs.
  • Excess of sweat.
  • Acne and body odour.
  • Changing in mentality and behaviour also can be followed.

During this time hormonal change can be followed in both boys and girls. And during this time they become attracted on the opposite genders. Puberty generally starts in girl at the age of 13 and continues till 45 and in boys puberty generally starts at the age of 19 and continues till 55.
