what is pulmonary artery and vein??

They are related to heart. They are totally opposite to all the other veins or arteries in our body. Actually all the arteries carry oxygenated blood and veins carry de-oxygenated blood.
But its the opposite in these.
The pulmonary artery carries de oxygenated blood and pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood.
