If Q is the charge on a body and we say that it is quantized, we mean that
Q = ne
where, n is no. showing how many times is the charge on body when compared to charge on a single electron or no. of extra electrons on the body and e is fundamental charge.
Fundamental charge is magnitude of the charges on proton or electron.
MAGNITUDE of charge on proton = MAGNITUDE of charge on electron = Fundamental charge = 1.6*10^-19.
