quantum mechanics, is a subcatagory of physics which deals with small matter... in the sense... it deals with subjects like

- the atom

- the Bohr atom: Optical spectra & X-ray spectra

- Interactions of photons with matter

- Dual natue of EM radiation

and other vast variety of subjects...

but ,mainly....... quantum science looks upon the inner workings of the atom and subatomic beings like mesons and other sub-nuclear particles.

work on human beings?
