Examples of Radiation:

1. A burning candle emits radiation in the form of heat and light.

2. The Sun emits radiation in the form of light, heat, and particles.

3. Uranium-238 decaying into Thorium-234 emits radiation in the form of alpha particles.

4. Electrons dropping from one energy state to a lower state emit radiation in the form of a photon.

radiation includes emanation of any portion of the electromagnetic spectrum + it includes the release of particles example the sun emits radiation in form of light heat and particles
