\Large\textsf{\underline{\underline{Ramanujan number (1729)}}}

1729 is the smallest possible natural number which can be written as the sum of the cubes of two natural numbers in two different ways.

1729  =  1³ + 12³  =  9³ + 10³

1729 is mostly known by the name  "Hardy - Ramanujan Number",  since the number is invented by a conversation between the famous Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan and the famous English mathematician Godfrey Harold Hardy (G. H. Hardy).

1729 can be expressed as the product of three distinct prime numbers. Hence it belongs to the set of "Sphenic Numbers." Sphenic Numbers are those which can be written as product of three distinct prime numbers.

    1729 = 7 × 13 × 19
