MOTIVATION SHOULD NOT BE OUTSIDE IN, IT SHOULD BE INSIDE OUT.
The time till your motivation depend on the external source you can't create the history because when the source of motivation is taken from you , then your motivation is gone.
The real source of motivation is BELIEF SYSTEM.
You know that some terrorist in the name of pleasing their Lord , they are killing small kids, but you and I can't do it but they are doing comfortably. It is their BELIEF SYSTEM .
Belief system can make a man to do anything.
Mandela was 34 years in jail, it's her BELIEF SYSTEM, no salary given.
Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelsen Mandela, Mother Teresa etc all of them was having a powerful belief system.
