what is real value of G?? 9.8 ms-2 or 10 ms-2

9. 8 is more appropriate value.....

capital G is universal gravitational constant...u should write small 'g' which means acceleration due to gravity nd both 9.8m.sq. and 10m.sq r correct....however the value of g is taken 10m.sq. in poles
