rajiv Gandhi's death is due to a boom.
there was a function where rajiv gandhi has to give speech. for doing his welcome a lady came with a garland. when she put the garland so the boom blast and that lady and rajiv died in a boom blast.

The assassination of Rajiv Gandhi ex- prime minister of India , occured as the result of a suicide bonding in Sriperumbudur , near Madras in Tamil Nadu , India on Tuesday 21, May 1991. Atleast 14 others were killed . It was also carried out by THENMOZHI RAJARATNAM , also known as Dhanu.
