what is rebel ? and rebellion? If there are 10 persons , 5 is saying 'yes' and 5 is saying 'no' , what will rebellion do ???

Rebellion means the action or process of resisting authority, control, or convention.

If there are 10 persons , 5 is saying 'yes' and 5 is saying 'no' the there might me a dispute among them leading to complete loss and devastation.
