(B) MnO2 + HCl gives MnCl2 + H2O

here, there is reduction in MnO2 and MnCl2 (because electronegative element(oxygen) is getting reduced)

also there is oxidation in HCl and H2O (because electronegative element(clorine) is getting oxidised)

(C) In the above reaction, the oxidising agent is MnO2 and reducing agent is HCl.
