The image which is formed on the opposite surface of the actual object, which is exactly same as the actual object, this is called as Reflection. This refers to the reflection due to the mirror.

There many such types of Reflection:

1. Reflection of light,
2. Reflection of the object ( i.e throwing an object towards the wall and it reflects again to us), etc.
