The PECs questionnaire is a great tool in the analyzation of my weak and strong pointstoward my entrepreneurial outlook in life. It strengthens my awareness of my own insightthrough different behavioral indicators. It is composed of statements that focus on determininghow one performs different competencies.There are two characteristics that stood out where I got a high score. These are self-confidence and demand for quality/efficiency. These are desirable and I agree to the results ofthe questionnaire. I believe that in everything I do, I must be confident enough to finish the taskon hand. This will give me a boost and keep hanging while doing activities and what not.An example that manifests this is when I got the chance to join a summit conducted by awell-known financial services company here in the Philippines. It was participated by differentstudents throughout the country. I had the chance to talk with other people about differentissues concerning financial literacy among college students. It is a worthwhile experience since Imet new acquaintances and I was able to develop my communication skills further. Self-confidence was my key to be able to converse with other people at that time.
