In simple words,a reflex action is that action in which our body react to things.
Eg.Take a candle and light it.Put your hand about 2inches above the flame.When your brain starts feeling like your hand is feeling extremely hot and can burn,it will send this message to the nervous system and you’ll immediately take your hand off that flame.
