☆☞ Here is ur answer ☜☆

✔✔ A reflex arc is a neural pathway that controls an action reflex.

✔✔ In higher animals, most sensory neurons do not pass directly into thebrain, but synapse in the spinal cord.

✔✔ This characteristic allows reflex actions to occur relatively quickly by activating spinal motor neurons without the delay of routing signals through the brain, although the brain will receive sensory input while the reflex action occurs.

HEY MATE>>>>

here's ur answer !!

  • picking up information of a stimulus to generate a response involves a pathway from detectors to brain or spinal cord or a set of nerve cell heads near spinal cord to the effectors...
  • such a single pathway going upto the spinal cord from detectors and returning to effectors is a "reflex arc"
