➡REFLEX ARC :-
⚫it is the shortest route that can be taken by an impulse from a receptor to an effector.
▶here, RECEPTOR :- specialised epithelial cells which on receiving stimulus, set up waves of impulses towards the central nervous system.
▶EFFECTOR :- muscles or glands which , on receiving the impulse from the brain or spinal cord , contract or secrete substances.
⚫the path of a reflex arc is as follows :-
stimulus > receptor > sensory neuron > brain or spinal cord > motor neuron > effector ( muscles or gland) > response.
➡REFLEX ACTION :-
reflex action is an automatic quick and Involuntary action in the body brought about by a stimulus.
▶ examples :-
⚫sum particle Falls into your eyes and there is immediate flushing of Tears to wash out the particle.
⚫ instantaneous withdrawal of hand when it accidentally touches hot iron.
⚫ shivering when it is too cold or sweating when to hot.
✔NOTE :- all involuntary actions or reflexes are initiated by some kind of sensory stimulation resulting in either a muscular action or a glandular secretion.

Answer:
Explanation:
The path taken by the nerve impulses in reflex is called a reflex arc.
Components of reflex arc
Receptor:Protien molecules usually found embedded within the plasma membrane surface of a cell that recieve chemical signals from outside the cell
Sensory nerve :Carries the message from sensory neuron to spinal cord
Relay center : Intermediate neuron of spinal cord which transmits the impulse from sensory to motor neuron
Motor nerve : Carries the message from spinal cord to effector organ muscle or gland
Effector organ : Organ recieve signal from motor nerve and act according to it
